Angelina Jolie’s lawyers claim Brad Pitt’s Physical Abuse is today’s topic, so read the article carefully. Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s ex-husband are still fighting in court over their former shared winery, and neither side is backing down.

Jolie’s attorneys claim in a fresh court document acquired by PEOPLE on Thursday that Pitt physically abused her and that the violence extended beyond the 2016 aircraft incident that made headlines in the media.

“While Pitt’s history of physical abuse of Jolie started well before the family’s September 2016 plane trip from France to Los Angeles, this flight marked the first time he turned his physical abuse on the children as well,” Jolie’s attorneys claim in the latest court filing. “Jolie then immediately left him.”

Pitt filed a lawsuit against Jolie in February 2022 for selling her portion of Chateau Miraval, a French vineyard they had bought together in 2008, where they got married in 2014 without getting his permission. Later that year, Jolie filed a countersuit, alleging that she had attempted to sell Pitt her portion of the vineyard initially but that the talks broke down because of his team’s insistence that she sign a nondisclosure agreement prohibiting her from discussing the 2016 plane incident in public.

Before this, Jolie and her attorneys claimed that in 2016, while on a family private jet, Pitt physically abused Jolie and their kids. The Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services and the FBI looked into the reported occurrence. The FBI decided not to file any criminal charges against the actor after the latter determined that Pitt did not abuse the kids.

Pitt’s attorneys filed a petition on Friday in response to Jolie’s declaration from Thursday, requesting that Jolie reveal any more nondisclosure agreements she may have had with other parties, including her staff.

“If Jolie conditioned her continued employment of an individual on that individual’s agreement to an NDA covering what they witnessed in her home — including her treatment of her children and Pitt — that would be highly probative of whether she truly believed the provision requested by Pitt was a ‘unconscionable gag order,'” the lawyers for Pitt told udroppy“The same is true with respect to any NDA between Jolie and any third party with whom she is in a relationship or who has assisted with the care of the couple’s children.” This is all about Angelina Jolie’s lawyers claim Brad Pitt’s Physical Abuse.

The documents went on, saying that “it would speak volumes about whether Jolie actually viewed Pitt’s requested NDA, which was linked to the Miraval business, as the deal-ender she subsequently alleged it to be, to the extent that Jolie requested this third party’s silence about her family or homelife, particularly in a circumstance where there was no business justification.” Jolie fiercely refuses to provide the several additional NDAs she signed or asked for from parties throughout the pertinent period, along with any relevant papers. This is probably because she knows doing so will seriously jeopardize her defenses.”

In 2019, a judge ruled that Pitt and Jolie were legally single. The two ex-couples now have joint custody of their six children: Maddox, 22; Shiloh, 17; Zahara, 19; Pax, 20, and the twins, Vivienne and Knox.
