Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be citizens of any country Except China,
- You must be in good health.
- Applicants should be under 35 years old apply for a Master’s degree and have a Bachelor’s degree.
- Applicants should be under 40 years old apply for a doctoral degree and have a Master’s degree.
- Applicants for Chinese medium programs must have at least the HSK Level Four Certificate (Test of Chinese Proficiency).
- Applicants for English medium programs require an English language test score report, 80 for TOEFL, and 5.5 for IELTS.
- you can also apply without IELTS/TOEFL if you have an English proficiency certificate.
How to Apply?
- Register yourself & submit your application at the CSC Online Application System https://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn/.
- The Agency Number of UESTC is 10614 and the Type is B.
- Now select your Program category– type B which refers to scholarship programs responsible by Chinese universities under the Chinese Government Scholarship.
- After that download and print a hard copy of the “Application Form for Chinese Government Scholarship”.
- Finally, register yourself and submit your online application at the University Application System http://admission.uestc.edu.cn/.
Note: You need to submit the documents when applying for the scholarship (CSC Application Form, Notarized highest diploma, Copy of Passport Home Page, A study plan proposal (1000 Word), Two letters of recommendation, Academic transcripts, Non-criminal record report, and Language qualification certificates).
