Fellowship Duration
For Master’s Degree:
- 15 to 24 months for the Rotary Master’s Degree Fellowship
For Certificate Program:
- 1 year duration of the Professional Development Certificate Program

Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants from all world countries are eligible to apply.
- You are ineligible if you are an active Rotary member, Rotary International, employees of the Rotary Club, or other Rotary entities.
- Proficiency in English is strongly recommended
- Must have Excellent leadership skills
- Have a bachelor’s degree in related fields
- 3 years of work experience is also required
- Must have leadership potential
- For Master’s degree applicants: Applicants have a minimum of three years of work experience in the related full-time field of bachelor’s degree.
- For Certificate applicants: Applicants have a minimum of 5 years of work experience with strong academic records.
