How to Apply Without IELTS in Canada

English Proficiency Certificate

If you have studied English before. This letter is available from your college or university and can be used to apply for your study permit as part of the English requirements.

Only the information required to submit the English Language Proficiency Certificate. Your previous degree program must have been completed in English.

Complete English Language Course in Canada

If you do not have an IELTS, TOEFL, or English Proficiency Certificate, you can apply for an ESL Programme (English as a Second Language) to continue your studies in Canada.

This program will last six months. Simply put, you will learn English in Canada and then complete your formal studies in Canada.
